Reservations and Payments

Deposit : A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tour cost is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking.

Final Payment : The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods : Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified by Our True Nature Safaris.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client :
– More than 60 days before departure: Deposit is forfeited.
– 60-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is forfeited.
– Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost is forfeited.

Cancellation by Our True Nature Safaris:

If we cancel the tour for any reason other than force majeure, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Amendments by the Client
1. Any amendments to the original booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Our True Nature Safaris.
2. An administrative fee may be charged for any amendments.

Travel Insurance
1. It is mandatory for all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, baggage loss, and trip cancellation.

Health and Fitness Requirements
1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit and able to participate in the tour.
2. Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Responsibilities and Liability
1. Our True Nature Safaris acts only as an agent for the suppliers of transportation, accommodation, and other services.
2. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to actions or omissions of third parties.

Passport, Visa, and Vaccinations
1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, necessary visas, and required vaccinations for entry into Tanzania.

Itinerary Changes
1. Our True Nature Safaris reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other safety concerns.
2. Any changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible.

Governing Law
1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.

Acceptance of Terms
1. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
